Writing Meditations

In this course you will open doors to your imagination, rediscover the joy of playfulness and retrieve your inner voice. You don’t need talent or skill — creativity is everyone’s birthright.
You will engage in a dialogue with the unconscious and explore stories held in the body. This will allow you to transform emotional attachments to past events and face the inner critic who keeps you from embracing life fully.
Turning the attention inward will help you connect to your inner well of peace and wisdom. By fostering a nurturing relationship to self and body you can stand more grounded and calm amidst the distractions of life.
